Ripon, CA– Republican candidate for Congress, COL Bob Elliott, today announced the endorsement of Ripon Mayor, Leo Zuber. The City of Ripon is located in the San Joaquin County portion of the 10th Congressional District.
In his endorsement, Mayor Zuber stressed the need for a representative who will look out for the constituents of the district. “I’m supporting Bob Elliott for Congress because he is a proven advocate for his constituents. Bob approaches each issue with a thoughtfulness and thoroughness that is unmatched,” said Mayor Zuber. “The people of the 10th District deserve a Congressman who genuinely cares about them and the challenges they face. I am sure Bob Elliott is the man to fill that role.”
Elliott continues to be the choice of community leaders from across the district, illustrating his strong grassroots support in his effort to unseat first time Democrat Congressman Josh Harder. Just recently, Elliott announced endorsements from the Nisei Farmers League and from former State Assemblyman, Bill Berryhill.
